1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or RMA:

  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition

  • RMA number must be issued before shipping items back

Wholesale orders, case packs, and manufacturer-restricted items may be non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized products

  • Used or damaged products

  • Missing parts or altered packaging

  • Consumables (liquids, gels, tapes, etc.)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos

  • Keep packaging until the claim is resolved

We will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Return Shipping

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected

  • RMA label must be attached visibly

5. Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to:

  • 10–20% restocking fee

  • Exceptions for defective items

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
