YakAttack Universal Mounting Plate (FFP-1007)
The YakAttack Universal Mounting Plate, featuring the LockNLoad Mounting System, is designed for attaching virtually anything. It’s compatible with YakAttack MightyMounts, GearTrac, and most other kayak track systems from Scotty Fishing Products, RAM Mounts, and YakGear. This product is a DIY mount, requiring you to drill custom holes to attach accessories like a Humminbird PiranhaMAX 4 to the mounting plate. As every installation is unique, no extra screws, nuts, or washers are included. Users are responsible for sourcing their own hardware for specific setups. For FeelFree Kayaks, 3 Water Kayaks, and Jonny Boats, an adapter is required for compatibility. We offer the necessary adapter in a single pack (AAP-1012) and a six-pack (AAP-1012-6). This mount features a flat top plate, free of pre-drilled holes, making it perfect for custom attachment of fish finders, trolling motor throttles, gun mounts, and more. The LockNLoad track mount system stands as the most innovative mounting solution on the market, delivering the robust performance expected from industry leaders in track mounting technology. It offers three distinct modes: locked, adjustment, and removal. The patent-pending design is intuitively easy to use: From locked mode, simply squeeze a lever to transition into adjustment mode. In adjustment mode, the mount can be rotated in any direction but remains securely attached, ensuring your accessory is completely secure while adjustments are made. Release the lever to return to locked mode. To enter removal mode, simply flip the lever out, allowing the system to easily slide off the track mount. The mounting plate measures 6″ x 3.5″.
