Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2024
At Burgundy Blue LLC, we prioritize the efficient and secure delivery of our sports and outdoor gear to our wholesale partners. This policy outlines our logistical procedures to ensure transparency and reliability in every shipment.
1. Processing Time & Order Cutoff
We strive to get your inventory on the road as quickly as possible:
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship the same business day.
- Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Business Days: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with industry-leading carriers to provide reliable delivery across the globe:
- Domestic (USA): UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- International: DHL Express and FedEx International.
- B2B Logistics: For high-volume orders, custom freight or palletized shipments may be arranged to optimize costs and security.
Estimated Delivery Times
- West Coast: 1 – 3 Business Days
- Central U.S.: 2 – 5 Business Days
- East Coast: 3 – 7 Business Days
- International: Varies by destination and customs clearance speed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
- Total weight and volume of the order.
- The destination delivery region.
- Real-time carrier rates.
Verified wholesale accounts may be eligible for discounted shipping rates or freight allowances based on order volume.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order departs from our fulfillment center, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.
5. Liability & Lost Packages
Burgundy Blue LLC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier or for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will assist in opening a carrier claim on your behalf.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, the buyer is the importer of record. Buyers are responsible for all customs taxes, import duties, and local clearance fees imposed by their respective countries. We recommend consulting with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing large international orders.
