1. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or RMA:

Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition

RMA number must be issued before shipping items back
Wholesale orders, case packs, and manufacturer-restricted items may be non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items

Customized products

Used or damaged products

Missing parts or altered packaging

Consumables (liquids, gels, tapes, etc.)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged:

Report within 48 hours

Provide photos/videos

Keep packaging until the claim is resolved
We will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

Unauthorized returns may be rejected

RMA label must be attached visibly
5. Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to:

10–20% restocking fee

6. Refund Processing
