Trijicon RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED Red Dot Sight
The RMR Type 2 is designed with a patented housing shape that absorbs impact and diverts stress away from the lens to increase durability. It also offers redesigned and upgraded electronics that have been proven to perform when mounted on slide-ride pistols and other small arms. It is suitable for military, law enforcement, concealed carry self-defense, target shooting, and hunting applications. The RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED sight offers the user complete control over illumination. Easy-to-use buttons on the sides of the optic allow for easy adjustment of illumination brightness, toggling between manual and automatic modes, and powering down for secure storage. The automatic mode operates identically to the standard LED RMR version. Once manual mode is selected, the RMR maintains this setting for 16.5 hours after the last button press. After this period, the optic automatically defaults back to automatic mode, ensuring it is always ready for your next mission or task. All RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED sights are compatible with night vision devices; the 3.25 MOA dot size is widely favored. Users can also lock out the buttons, allowing the RMR to function exclusively in automatic mode. This feature prevents inadvertent button presses from disrupting your aiming solution. The 6.5 MOA dot, featured in models like the RM07, provides the largest dot size available in our LED and Adjustable LED operated models. This larger dot significantly enhances the user’s ability to quickly acquire the target, making it ideal for close-quarter engagements or as an excellent solution for individuals with vision challenges.
